A. The first video games were just for fun and entertainment. They didn’t help
people learn anything. So, many parents started to think that games were bad for
children and could teach them nothing. Now we know that there some video games
which are good for intellect and different skills. Teachers begin to use such games
in education and their students really like it.
B. Most video games are very long, so games spend many hours in front of the
screen. If you don’t take a break to relax your eyes, you may have problems with in
the future. You can get Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS) which means problems
for your eyes. Sitting by the computer for a long time is bad not only for people’s
eyes but also for their necks and backs.
C. What can we do to cut the negative effects of computer screens? The first thing
is to sit correctly. When you play a video game, the distance between your eyes and
the screen should be big. The display and your eyes should be at the same level.
Secondly you should take a break every 20 or 30 minutes. Thirdly, there must be no
glares (блики) on the screen.
D. The health of your eyes depends on what you eat. Vitamin A is the most important
for your vision. When people get older they often have eye problems. When they eat
vitamin A, the risk is smaller. You should eat carrots and other yellow, orange and
red vegetables. The second component for healthy eyes – we find it in walnuts and
seafood.

Dolphins live in water but they are not fish. They need air to breathe. They
can stay under the water for many minutes but then they come up to the surface.

and Maths lessons. And I finish at three. Then I need about half an hour to get back

В случае, если в заданиях 1-12 (кроме заданий 6 и 19) обведены 2 и более
ответов к одному тестовому заданию (возможно, в том числе и правильный),
выставляется 0 баллов.

В задании 6 и 19 оценивается каждое правильно установленное соответствие.
За выполнение заданий 6 и 19 обучающийся может получить от 0 до 10 баллов.
За неверный ответ или отсутствие ответа в любом задании 1-19 выставляется
0 баллов.
